Return & Exchange Policy – Taarz


We want you to be happy with your purchase from **Taarz**. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order, as it ensures a smooth and fair process for both you and us.


Exchange Policy

- We do not accept returns for refunds. Only **size and colour exchanges** are allowed.

- Exchange requests must be placed within **48 hours of delivery**. After this period, we cannot process the request.

- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in **original condition with all tags intact**.

- Original **Taarz packaging (box/bag)** must be returned. Exchanges without original packaging will not be accepted.

- Only one exchange request is allowed per order.


Defective or Wrong Product

- If you receive a **defective or wrong product**, please share **clear photos/videos** of the issue within **24 hours of delivery** at our customer support.

- The item will be verified through our **quality check team** before approving replacement/exchange.

- If approved, we will arrange for exchange or replacement at no extra shipping cost.


Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Product is used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

- Product is returned without all tags or without **original Taarz packaging**.


- Requests made after the 48-hour window.


Shipping & Process

- To initiate an exchange, you must contact our support team with your **order ID and issue details**.

- Customers need to ship back the product to us. Once received and quality-checked, the replacement will be dispatched.

- Shipping costs for size/colour exchanges are borne by the customer. For defective products, Taarz covers the shipping.


Additional Notes

- Slight colour variations due to lighting/photography cannot be considered a defect.

- Exchange is **subject to stock availability**. If the requested size/colour is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future orders.

- Taarz reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the product fails quality checks.
